Our vision for Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) at BD As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provides a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
About the role As Product Manager for Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS), you will be responsible for developing and performing Iberia marketing strategy to drive the business, working closely together with the Iberia commercial team and the EU Marketing Organization.
Main responsibilities will include: Develop and implement marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio.
Provide omnichannel vision for your marketing strategies integrating optimized digital activities across the customer journey.
Apply customer expertise and deep knowledge of selling processes to develop value propositions that resonate with customers' needs & create tactics (campaigns) with a critical view on return on investment.
Collaborate with multiple internal partners from the supply chain to customer service, legal/regulatory department, and regional marketing.
Initiate market development activities and be responsible for launching new product lines and solutions, in close collaboration with the MDS Marketing Manager, European marketing team & local commercial team
