Overview As the Community Sales Manager at TaxDome, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing our communities, driving engagement, and boosting sales growth. You'll be responsible for fostering relationships within the community, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and strategically leveraging community connections to drive sales opportunities. Responsibilities Cultivate and manage relationships within the TaxDome community to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Engage with community members across various platforms, including forums, social media channels, and events. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, providing valuable insights and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the community, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for community engagement and sales growth. Monitor community trends, feedback, and sentiment to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and workshops to promote TaxDome's brand visibility and drive sales. Track and analyze key performance metrics related to community engagement, sales activities, and customer satisfaction.
