Online gaming has a tendency to look boringly similar so we believe in making games that stand out. For that, it takes people who stand out. Right now we are looking for a Sales Executive for our Business Development Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales efforts, identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering to market. The Sales Executive reports to the Chief Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through various channels
Research and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals
Identify up and coming studios and support in the development of our Game Partner Strategy
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client feedback
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Monitor project teams to ensure support on client integration and contract completion
Gather useful information from customers and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients as well as internal executives and communicate in a manner consistent with the company vision and objectives
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
Drive qualified operators to contract phase, prepare information and submit contract requests
Work strategically with the CBDO to quickly move operators through the commercial process
Minimum Requirements: 2+ year experience in commercial Sales or equivalent position
Experience in a Business Development department in the iGaming industry is desirable
Demonstrated ability in Business-to-Business commercial activities
Impeccable verbal and written communication and outstanding people skills
Familiar with CRM and reporting methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance over operational metrics
Additional Requirements: Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
Can travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
Placement: Malaga Province, Spain
Desired Start: September 2024 or sooner
