As OEC Director, you will be a full member of the local Affiliate Management Team (AMT) in Iberia and actively contribute to the overall affiliate business talent strategy.
The role develops and/or implements the compliance programme for Allergan Aesthetics Iberia and provides functional support for the company business activities, advising company managers and employees on all aspects of Allergan Aesthetics' compliance programme as well as external regulations.The role provides general compliance advice to business and commercial operations, including but not limited to anti-bribery standards, healthcare compliance laws regulations, advertising promotional standards, etc.
General compliance support is also provided to other functions, including Finance, Regulatory, QA, Medical Affairs, Business Excellence, and Market Access.The role ensures local compliance governance, including necessary compliance policies and procedures, risk management and due diligence, training, and guidance to employees and third parties on compliance-related topics.
The role actively engages in review and approval (when necessary) of all significant projects and financial transactions concerning HCPs and other third parties to ensure compliance with Allergan Aesthetics policies.
The role helps to identify monitoring needs and perform monitoring activities to minimize compliance risks.Create and maintain a best-in-class compliance program in partnership with the Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) to support Allergan Aesthetics' business in the Iberia Region.
As OEC Director, you will lead the ACIF Meetings and ensure representativeness, effectiveness, and alignment between all its members.Provide guidance and support in the Iberia Region on national industry codes and regional/international industry codes (e.g., Spain Portugal local codes, IFPMA and EFPIA Codes), government regulations on anti-corruption, and other initiatives sponsored by the Office of Ethics Compliance.
