You have a bachelor's or master's degree combined with relevant experience as a functional analyst (5+ years of experience).Analyse technical and functional problems and propose functional corrections/adaptations.Workday knowledge (HCM, business processes, configuration of PECI) would be a plus.Functional knowledge in payroll/HR technology and/or payroll/HR integrations and processes would be a plus.Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course.Excellent researcher and analyst, with sharp problem-solving skills.A pro-active, independent worker, but mainly a team player.Cool and calm in a high-demanding environment in transition.Fluent in written and spoken English.
