The company currently maximizes the uptime and availability of 1M+ partner charge points, solving 120K+ monthly cases, and serving 2.6M+ EV drivers in 15 languages.Role Overview As a Project Manager within our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed to support our customers as they introduce new services or enhance existing ones across various regions and markets. This role demands a problem-solving mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internally and with the customer to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Work with OEM partner in the refinement of the strategy to introduce new services or expand existing services into multiple markets. Understand and document the challenges and opportunities for each target region. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and provide goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service rollout and development.Project Management: Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each market. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer success, IT, engineering, finance) and Auto OEM partner to ensure alignment and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.#J-18808-Ljbffr
