Role Overview:
You provide the tourists with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.
What you will do:
You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.
Who you are:
- min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)
- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Arabic, Russian, Chinese are mostly welcomed.
