With cross-functional teams, we jointly drive organisational integration, plan for success and value creation, ensure market activation across the globe, develop innovative solutions, foster enablement, hence, we are setting the foundation for a guided journey to success and joint exponential growth.As an Ecosystem Value Consultant, you will be joining the Ecosystem Services team supporting our top strategic partners driving value and adoption for their end-customers, and create innovative solutions and business value by using our pioneering Process Mining technology.The Role: As an Ecosystem Value Consultant, you are an integral member of our agile project teams to accelerate our partner's adoption of our solution and drive Celonis' international expansion.
Spearheading data-driven business transformation, you work closely with our partners to develop high-value use cases, drive measurable business impact at their customers, accelerate the adoption of our platform, and construct Celonis Centers-of-Excellences.
You will blend deep process and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and a keen interest in analytics and change management.
Coaching the value journey of the Celonis software, you will become an ambassador to the most prestigious software firms in the world.The work you'll do:Strategically shape the way we engage and scale with partners in a highly cross-functional global team.Participate in GTM and Value Planning workshops with partners and pitch Value Management Offerings aligning with their objectives and requirements.Co-deliver engagements alongside our most strategic partners and enable them to identify, frame, realise and sustain business value from Celonis transformations.Identify Value: Coach partners in estimating value potential from Celonis-driven opportunities especially during the pre-sales cycle.Frame Value: Utilise your process understanding and be a value advisor.
Guide partners in analysing core use cases, quantifying improvement potential and calculating ROI for business cases.
Subsequently, design a value roadmap for realisation.Realise Value: Enable our partners to drive rapid time-to-value and adoption through Celonis execution apps, automation and change management.
Track KPIs and capture the joint success.Sustain Value: Establish best practices with partners in shaping Celonis Center of Excellence and jointly define potential for expansion with new opportunities and value delivery.Author playbooks and conduct workshops to enable our partners in delivering value with the Celonis Execution Management System self-sufficiently.Drive adoption of Celonis at our partners and scale our partners to a world class ecosystem.The qualifications you need:You intrinsically possess a high level of vision and dedication.
Your excellent analytical skills and sound financial acumen in concert with the ability to interpret business processes to technology requirements and stakeholder management enable you to consult partners and customers in jointly solving technical challenges and creating business impact.5+ years experience in Management, Strategy, Process, Value Consulting or program management in a top-tier consulting firm or IT MNC.Hands-on expertise in client delivery, project management and business development.Experience in analysing business processes, such as SCM, Finance or Procurement and delivering improvements through established frameworks.Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts through C-suite.Self-starter, showing strong ownership, are outcome driven and a life-long learner.Thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.Business fluency in written and spoken English, fluency in any other languages is a plus.What Celonis can offer you:The unique opportunity to work within a burgeoning category of technology.Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, mentorships, yearly development stipend).Great compensation and benefits packages such as stock options, 401(K) matching, generous time off, parental leave, and more.Work from home support (mindfulness tools such as Headspace, monthly remote working stipend).
