Job Description Primary Function of Position: This training professional will deliver da Vinci® and Ion technology training. As well as facilitate surgeon and physician-led training for surgeons, physicians, first assistants, and OR staff from various surgical specialties, including urology, gynecology, general, thoracic and trans-oral surgery.

Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct da Vinci® and Ion training programs for surgeons, physicians, and their care teams at designated training centers and remote centersLead and support Specialized training programs and Society events. This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participantsConduct surveys to gather data and measure program effectivenessAct as subject matter expert for internal projects, as needed- New product developmentTraining material/ protocol developmentTraining research initiativesWork with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programsOccasional support of the da Vinci® System in a hospital operating roomSupport da Vinci® troubleshooting and maintenance at the training centerManage training center logistics, inventory, training calendars, and maintain accurate training records for course participants.Maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and accessoriesSupport positive relationships between external training center personnel and ISI managementContribute to the organization's quarterly goal achievementsDevelop competency in the following:da Vinci technologyda Vinci applications and advanced technologyIon technologyOR EfficiencyTraining Pathway processTraining/coaching techniques/methodologiesAct as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, after appropriate training, as per legal requirement and provide guidance, insight, and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devicesMaintaining competency and currency on technology training protocol following the onboarding program guidelines, and annual competencyAbility to work in a team environmentTravel required Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 3-5 yrs.
