We operate globally, employ over 2,500 employees, and represent a $1.2BN (and growing) business.Job PurposeThis position reports directly to the Technical Manager. You are responsible for driving growth through successful new product trials in addition to increasing customer loyalty by exceeding expectations in the areas of technical competence, responsiveness, and troubleshooting, working hand in hand with the sales team. You are required to work closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, and R&D teams. The position interacts with various departments and business divisions within the SAS business unit locally, regionally, and globally. The qualified candidate should be able to accurately and timely prepare and submit monthly technical reports, call reports, and evaluation reports.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to our target markets & customers by offering appropriate solutions to technical issues through process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.Participate in on-site customer evaluations with the primary goal of evaluation success to help drive the growth of the SAS business unit.Conduct regular technical visits, lead technical discussions and meetings with customers to discuss technical issues and resolutions to help sales create new opportunities.Provide technical training and technical presentations to external and internal customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
