Responsibilities :
- Provide support within the framework of customer contracts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer setups, applications, and agreements.
- Enhance efficiency and quality in daily tasks and team activities.
- Ensure high professionalism and quality in all services.
- Apply business understanding to daily activities and manage invoicing of support cases.
- Participate in process and routine development activities.
- Support the payroll team to develop payroll skills when possible.
Requirements :
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are mandatory.
