Specifically, you will:
Provide first-line support to our customers, employees, managers, and super users via email, phone, and ticketing systemsHelp employees understand their salary specifications and other payroll-related questionsManage and distribute incoming requests in our case management systemResolve or escalate cases efficiently while ensuring prompt feedback to customersAdminister user access permissions and handle internal communication tasksMaintain up-to-date customer account knowledge and contribute to team efficiencyParticipate actively in process improvements and team development initiativesWho you are: Native Swedish speaker with at least B2 level English1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally involving sensitive informationExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spokenDetail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering top-notch customer serviceComfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office (ServiceNow is a plus)Proactive, adaptable, and excited to take initiativeSkilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReady to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environmentA positive, solution-oriented mindset, with a healthy dose of humor and resilienceAt SD Worx, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
