What we're looking for: Spanish C2 English B2 Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Self Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.

Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.

EU Citizenship or Greek residence card.
