You will interact with high-level clients from a top European digital bank, offering savings advice and introducing innovative banking products with competitive returns.

Position Summary:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, to inform clients about cutting-edge digital banking products in the German market.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account opening, password resets, transfers, and more.Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.Introduce and promote banking products to clients.Ensure transparency and accurate service information regarding investment products, including their purpose, features, and risks, in line with applicable internal and external regulations.Report and follow up on any issues with banking applications.Meet defined quality standards and sales objectives set by the organization. Requirements: Education: Studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law are valued.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Language: Native level of German.Prior experience in banking is valued but not required. Key Competencies: Strong customer orientation, empathy, and active listening skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Analytical mindset and ability to learn autonomously.Commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.Problem-solving expertise.Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and changing environments.Initiative and a "can-do" attitude. Benefits: Work Schedule: 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday), with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month.
