Job Opportunity: Technical PV Support Specialist We're seeking an exceptional Technical PV Support Specialist passionate and detail-oriented to providing expert technical support and guidance on photovoltaic systems to both internal teams and external clients. This role requires a deep understanding of solar energy systems, troubleshooting, system design, and customer service. Having knowledge of the monitoring platforms and the PV systems functionalities in order to understand the data and solve technical issues. Key Requirements Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support for PV systems, including troubleshooting issues, system diagnostics, and fault analysis. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding installation, operation, and maintenance of PV systems. Monitoring Analysis: Assist in the review of PV monitoring systems in order to solve technical issues and take the best advantage of the PV systems for customers. Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for PV systems. Training: Conduct technical training sessions for clients and staff to enhance their understanding of photovoltaic systems. Quality Assurance: Monitor PV installations and operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements. Product Feedback: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and suggest improvements. Your Mission Customer service for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting management, and coordination of technical solutions. Supervise the start-ups and monitoring of solar systems. Attend to technical support cases to understand the problem and find the technical solution. High knowledge of system monitoring to maximize their performance. Set the necessary parameters of the inverters for the correct system configuration. Work in contact with brands to correct equipment errors and coordinate warranties, replacements, and repairs. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a good communication skills to deal with clients, technical knowledge and expertise in the monitoring and configuration of different inverter brands and PV systems. Electrical knowledge to analyze the troubles can appear in a PV installation. Organized skills to manage the troubleshooting and creation of manuals.
