WebCargo is a leading global freight booking platformThe Product Support Specialist will provide technical support to customersEnglish proficiency and communication skills are required

Responsibilities
• Become an expert on WebCargo products and assist customers with questions• Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries via email or chat• Investigate and address customer issues proactively• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer support• Ensure excellent service standards and create necessary documentation
Requirements
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills• Customer-oriented mindset• Ability to learn new tools/technologies independently• Detail-oriented and organized• Flexibility to work rotating shifts• Experience with remote team collaboration• Ability to work independently• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred• Experience with Ticketing Systems and high level of Spanish is a plus
