We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative with Norwegian language proficiency to join our customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers by addressing their concerns and resolving complaints quickly and efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact, handling customer queries and related requests.
Ensure that clients receive the highest standard of service at all times.
Essential Skills and Experience Native or fluent in Norwegian, with strong oral and written skills.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
Experience in the banking sector or a credit institution (especially in Nordic countries) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Resilient, resourceful, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Understanding of financial concepts and numbers.
Quick learner, adaptable to new IT systems and tools.
Capable of working independently while also being a team player.
Candidates must have a clean credit history, with no records of non-payment, as they will be handling credit information on behalf of clients.
