The Role As a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls, emails, and live chats with customers.
Your daily work will include tasks like these: Inbound calls, emails, and live chat Different volume with each project Ensuring project efficiency and quality Ideal Profile You speak Swedish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is a plus.
You have good computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of researching and identifying the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
