The RoleAs a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls, emails, and live chats with customers.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:Inbound calls, emails, and live chatDifferent volume with each projectEnsuring project efficiency and quality Ideal ProfileYou speak Swedish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).Experience in customer care is a plus.You have good computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of researching and identifying the right information.You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
