The Role As a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers.
Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these: Inbound calls and emails Live chat with customers Different volume with each project Ensuring project efficiency and quality Ideal Profile You speak Danish at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is a plus.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
