In order to respond to them all, and attend all the customers' needs, we need a Customer Support Hero to help our customers work with our software in the best possible way.
You will be therefore responsible for making real ambassadors for our customers; you are their trusted advisor.Your responsibilities will include:Making and keeping customers happy!Answering customer requests with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system, chat, and by phone.Working side-by-side with them to problem-solve through technical or other software queries.Keeping high satisfaction standards and exceeding customer expectations.Being the voice of the customer internally and passing on their feedback to the product and development team.Key requirements:Previous experience in customer service, with a vocationally customer-centric mindset.Previous experience working with Zendesk or similar will be highly beneficial.Passion for customer care and the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction.Ability to break down complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way.Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English and in Spanish; if you also speak Italian, it will be a plus.Eligible to work in Spain.We offer:Work from anywhere!
