We are currently looking for an Customer Support Operative to join our friendly team based at our Doncaster asphalt plant. As a Customer Support reporting directly to the Plant Manager, working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveries. Learning how to operate mobile plants like wheeled loading shovels and forklift trucks, Operating the weighbridge, offering advice and support ensuring customer satisfaction.The Customer Support Operative will work with an internal team to learn how to plan the mixing program, ensuring that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time. You will also carry out daily inspections on the plant and carry out generic housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance using a range of tools and equipment from spanners to welders.
