**About you**:
- Self-motivated and proactive

- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
- Flexible, fast learner (you should get easily familiar with software systems)
- Excellent teamwork skills and passion for great Customer Satisfaction
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about Fintech / Start-ups / High growth-companies / Financial wellbeing
- Bilingual English/Spanish any other European languages a plus
- London or Barcelona based
Additional Information
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Assist with issues and support app users concerns as needed
- Responsible for the operational task need to keep or systems (Atlassian, Jira, HubSpot, Hastee Admin Portal, Xero) information accurate
- Analyze support and operational performance, develop reports to provide key metrics, and promote tasks to continue improving our effectiveness
- Support the Customer Success Managers in the management of key accounts
- We´ll provide you continuous coaching and mentoring
