Ticket dispatching between 2nd line support and technical team
Complete service requests
Reporting on incidents and service requests
Use of mail systems

Good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills and service mentality
High degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
