We are a small team today, so we're looking for someone passionate about providing a top-tier customer experience while being able to take ownership, improve our current operations, and lead a team in the future.
Here are some things you might do in a week as a Customer Support Lead at Modash: Cover Support queries and work closely with our B2B customers to solve problems on the fly.Be accessible to our customers both via chat and email.Feel comfortable with providing on-camera support, either hopping on a call with a customer or recording a short video.Tackle technical and non-technical support inquiries with ease.Put love into making your life more efficient while continuing to build a strong knowledge base.Brainstorm creative ideas with your team to make our operations even better.Enjoy collaborating and work closely with the Success team and other departments to resolve issues to enhance our customer experience.Gather feedback from customers and advocate for improvements.Review ticket quality and give feedback to yourself and the team.We don't expect you to:Build everything from scratch - we have automated expansion triggers inside our platform that help you be more efficient in your everyday work.Figure it out all on your own - you will have a supportive, accessible team of people around you and an onboarding buddy to support your smooth entry.Requirements:Be passionate about what you do.
Solving everything from small words of wisdom to complex challenges for our customers drives you.Understand the importance of Customer Support and believe in our mission of creating the best customer experience.Interacting with business customers via chat and email is your bread and butter, and if you can add some technical problem-solving to the mix, we are excited to meet you.You are praised for your excellent communication skills no matter the medium you're interacting with.You have exceptional English skills.You have experience with Intercom or a similar tool.You have led a Support team before and know what it takes to build an excellent Support organization.You share our mentality of creating processes along the way rather than following strict manuals.You are creative and tackle problems with a unique voice.While we don't expect you to be experienced in influencer marketing, we want to see some basic understanding of marketing and how the three social platforms work.Be open to working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
