**Description**:We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers.The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.**What will you be doing?**- Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction.- Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across a number of industries).- Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers.- Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.**Requirements**:- A fluent level (C2) of French or French Canadian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.- High level of English (both written and spoken).- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a call centre environment would be a plus.- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.- Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner.- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong team spirit and a "can do" attitude.**Benefits**:- Start date: as soon as possible- 2 shifts available:- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10 PM to 2 AM- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 12 AM- Salary: 17,000€ gross per year (pro-rata for the part time) plus night complements- Fully paid training,duration 1-2 weeks- Permanent contract (with 1-month probation period)- Possibility to work from home from anywhere in Spain**About Us**- CPM is an international agency specialized in contact centre and digital marketing solutions.
