Smartick's platform uses Artificial Intelligence to improve its students' math skills while building confidence and creating positive study habits.
This innovative method consists of 15-minute daily sessions where students are presented with a personalized study plan that adapts in real-time.
Our team consists of more than 100 professionals that are passionate about education, mathematics, programming, and providing exceptional service.
Job Description: Provide quality service to English-speaking clients while resolving educational and commercial concerns.
Develop and maintain relationships with clientele through emails and phone calls.
Handle emails and calls in a timely manner.
Main Tasks: Emails: Proactively respond to client inquiries with personalized, detailed feedback.
Phone calls: Welcome families to Smartick and retain them.
Troubleshoot operational challenges (back office, payments, curriculum).
Provide detailed pedagogical assessments about students' evolution within Smartick.
Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of the Smartick curriculum, which is continuously changing and improving.
Collaborate with the team to translate materials and improve the product's language.
Qualifications: Native English and/or Spanish speaker.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy.
Studies in education or a language-related field.
Ability to handle many tasks and a high-stress environment.
Desired Skills: Experience in customer service or the service industry.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Works well with a team.
Experience in Education.
Monday through Friday: 2pm to 10pm
