Tasks Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Front Office Specialist will be: Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction Dealing with sensible data Requirements Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Dutch and a good level of English Having an interest in technical support and troubleshooting Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace Being able to handle sensitive data reliably Benefits What's in it for you?
