Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support Agent will be:
Responding to inbound requests from organizations and documenting relevant case information
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
Identifying issues and providing effective solutions, and escalating the issues when they require further support

A good level of English, along with a native level of Norwegian is mandatory
