We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for their Barcelona office.Location: Remote in Spain (mainland)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTake incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email)Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to the customerSolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSolve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps related to audio equipmentMaintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to usersProgress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progressMonitor / progress all open queries in queueEscalate potential service issues to appropriate level.RequirementsNative / fluent in German both verbal and written.
