Description: PART TIME OPPORTUNITY - 12 HOURS PER WEEK - CUSTOMER SUPPORT We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer Affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers.
What will you be doing? Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction.Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across a number of industries).Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers.Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.Requirements: A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.High level of English (both written and spoken).A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a call centre environment would be a plus.Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner.Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong team spirit and a 'can do' attitude.Benefits: Start date: ASAPShift: 12 hours per week, Monday and Saturday - 15:00 - 21:00.Salary: 16,500€ gross per year pro rata (This is based on a full-time employee).Permanent contract (with 1-month probation period).Possibility to work from home from anywhere in Spain.If you want to know more, we are ready to meet you.
