Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
· Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
· Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
· Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
· Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
