We are looking for a customer support agent to provide customer service and support to our customers at Aulart. What will you do? Know the products inside and out so that you can answer any questions from customers. Communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team in order to learn about campaigns and other current marketing strategies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, Circle, etc.) and through customer service platforms such as Live Agent. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints or technical problems. Keep records of customer interactions, issues, comments, and complaints. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular report results to the management team. Be constantly updated with news and changes about how customers can ask questions of the brand and services into social media platforms. Requirements 1 year experience as customer support agent Knowledge about the music industry and music production skills. Professional level of English and Spanish. Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times and strong written communication skills. Barcelona-based job position. Remote 2 days per week is possible. Part-time (4H. per day) - flexible. Can be morning or afternoon between 9h to 18h. A love of music and music production knowledge. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
