Here, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading global motor company, assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment.
You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.
In this role, you will utilize your language skills in Norwegian and English to provide outstanding customer service and support.
Key Languages C2 or full professional level of Norwegian.
C1 or full fluency in English.
Training is in English.
Main Responsibilities Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies clearly and helpfully.Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients, striving to ensure that their needs are met with professionalism and care.You bring the passion, and we'll give you the training.
This role includes a company-paid training of 2-3 weeks so you can become an expert in vehicles, customer support, and internal procedures.
