They are seeking to onboard a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support pharmacy clients. Location: Work from home remotely from anywhere in Greece DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (emails and outbound calls) Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
