We are a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a dedicated Customer Support Advisor with German language skills in Barcelona. You will join a team committed to improving the quality of life for our global community by developing trusted household and healthcare products.Position: Customer Support Advisor with GermanLocation: Hybrid / anywhere from Catalonia, SpainEmployment Type: Permanent contract with a 1-month probation periodDuties and Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by handling contacts via telephone and emailCare for customer satisfaction, going the extra mile with each contactSupport drivers and passengers with timely responses to their questions or concernsStrive for first contact resolution to efficiently and satisfactorily resolve driver and passenger queriesFollow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues, taking recommended next best actionsDemonstrate a full understanding of our client and brand valuesRequirements:fluent in German both verbal and writtenClear and effective communication skills in written and spoken EnglishExperience in the customer service industry, ideally in a contact center environmentPatience and empathy, especially when supporting a paratransit serviceAutonomous and fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitudeSolution-oriented to provide the best outcomes for customersPassionate about delivering a great customer experience, with the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathyWell-organized and able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situationsOffer:Full-time (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule Monday - Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm, 5 days/week (two weekends off per month guaranteed)Fully paid 4-week training program (office-based) to prepare you for the job24 holiday days per year on a full-time basisBest-in-class people engagement activities and programsOngoing training and development with opportunities to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environmentEmployee Assistance Program offering free, confidential, and impartial guidance and supportEmployee Benefits Club providing a wide range of exclusive perks and rewardsOption to sign up for discounted private health insuranceReferral Program: Refer a friend and earn a referral bonusAccess to specialized LinkedIn training coursesLocation: Barcelona, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
