We are a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a dedicated Customer Support Advisor with German language skills in Barcelona. You will join a team committed to improving the quality of life for our global community by developing trusted household and healthcare products.Position: Customer Support Advisor with GermanLocation: Hybrid / anywhere from Catalonia, SpainEmployment Type: Permanent contract with a 1-month probation periodDuties and Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by handling contacts via telephone and email.Care for customer satisfaction, going the extra mile with each contact.Support drivers and passengers with timely responses to their questions or concerns.Strive for first contact resolution to efficiently and satisfactorily resolve driver and passenger queries.Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues, taking recommended next best actions.Demonstrate a full understanding of our client and brand values.Requirements:Fluent in German both verbal and written.Clear and effective communication skills in written and spoken English.Experience in the customer service industry, ideally in a contact center environment.Patience and empathy, especially when supporting a paratransit service.Autonomous and fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.Solution-oriented to provide the best outcomes for customers.Passionate about delivering a great customer experience, with the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations.Offer:Full-time (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule Monday - Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm, 5 days/week (two weekends off per month guaranteed).Fully paid 4-week training program (office-based) to prepare you for the job.24 holiday days per year on a full-time basis.Best-in-class people engagement activities and programs.Ongoing training and development with opportunities to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environment.Employee Assistance Program offering free, confidential, and impartial guidance and support.Employee Benefits Club providing a wide range of exclusive perks and rewards.Option to sign up for discounted private health insurance.Referral Program: Refer a friend and earn a referral bonus.Access to specialized LinkedIn training courses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
