Lead a team of 3 people. Work closely with the product and IT teams to deliver client and user feedback. Optimize user uptake of the service and constructively respond to any feedback. Support our customers through various communication channels. Work to targets and help reduce churn. Analyze and compare data. Support the sales team in the follow-up of clients. Create new sales strategies. Develop and manage client portfolio.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Experience leading teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of social networks. Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in a SaaS company. Good English skills.
