Your missionAs our Customer Success, you will work closely with our Head of Growth, managing and executing a range of responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.Churn Minimization: Strategize and implement measures to reduce client turnover and fortify long-term partnerships.Client Portfolio Development: Cultivate and manage diverse client portfolios, understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.Experience Enhancement: Delve into customer data, extracting insights to refine customer experiences and meet evolving demands.Content Evaluation: Assess and revamp tutorials and communication infrastructures to ensure clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.Client Mediation: Act as the bridge between clients and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem resolution.Product Collaboration: Contribute to product design and development phases, ensuring our offerings resonate with client needs.Your profileSkills and Experience Hold a degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience.Exemplify a proactive, self-driven nature coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal acumen.Demonstrate leadership attributes, complemented by a passion for service and client success.Be highly organized, with multitasking capabilities.Show experience in document creation and knowledge of customer success strategies.Have a patient demeanor and adept listening skills.Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles.Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients at once, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.Why us?Compensation and Benefits Salary: Competitive to market, depending on experience and qualifications.Time Off: 24 days paid vacation, your birthday off, plus local holidays.Remote Options: Hybrid work available.Flexibility: Flexible working hours.Note: We require applicants to possess legal EU work status.
