As we expand, we need a customer-centric Customer Success Specialist who can provide exceptional customer support and ensure our users are always getting the most out of our platform. Role Description: Customer Engagement: Actively monitor customer health and usage, providing helpful tips, training, and resources to drive deeper engagement and product adoption. Ongoing Support: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting, answering customer queries, and resolving technical issues. Ensure a seamless experience by addressing problems quickly and effectively. Onboarding & Training: Provide personalized onboarding experiences, guiding customers through setup, product features, and best practices to help them succeed from day one. Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges early and collaborate with customers to proactively resolve them, ensuring long-term satisfaction. Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback, both positive and constructive, and work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure we continuously improve the user experience. Retention & Renewals: working with AE´s to keep customers engaged and satisfied, contributing to renewals and minimizing churn by offering ongoing value and support. Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management, preferably in a start-up environment. Customer Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients feel supported at all stages of their journey. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can explain complex concepts in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Start-up: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a focus on both customer success and proactive support. Software Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Independent & Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Language Skills: High fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and at least advanced in Spanish (written and spoken). Bonus for another main European language. Bonus: Knowledge of supply chain& Logistics is a BIG bonus. Personality Traits: Results & Customer Service Driven: Focused on developing and enriching customer relationship. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in timely and precise response Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Independent & Self-Starter: Able to take initiative and work autonomously. International Background: Comfortable working in a diverse, global environment. Passionate & Curious: Eager to learn and explore new market trends. Team Player with Strong Ethics: Collaborative, with a strong sense of integrity. Smart, Fast Learner, and Tech-Savvy: Quick to adapt to new technologies and processes.
