Here's a little taste of your challenge: Simply put, as a CS Representative, you will be responsible for retention and expansion of our WEBFLEET customers. As a member of the global Webfleet Solutions team, you will have to deliver the following:
Self-determined and proactive management of your customer portfolio in terms of customer experience, training, retention & value creation; Own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers' contracts; Work closely with Sales partner, Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty, identify upsell opportunities and ensure a great customer experience; Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures; Be the "voice of the customer" to the rest of the organization; Convince with excellent service and thus earn recommendations for potential new customers. Who are you? In order to be successful as a Customer Success Representative, we have the following profile in mind:
Languages: German as mother tongue and professional business English; Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions; Business acumen / commercial understanding; Experience from a similar Customer Success or Account Management role and experience in sales; You have an analytical way of thinking and organizational talent; You are an emphatic listener and understand the wishes of our customers; Experience with SalesForce is an advantage.
