Duties And Responsibilities
Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reachedRespond to inbound emails in timely and accurate mannerPlace outbound calls when requiredQuote creation and follow upUse upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenueStay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their successEnsure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintainedTrack stock availabilityCross-language backup if neededAnswer and deal with customer post-sales requestsSolve status queries.Requirements
Native/fluent in French & Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English.Minimum of 1-year relevant experienceComfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understandingStrong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applicationsOutstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuadeResourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsExceptional customer-facing and customer care skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely mannerAbility to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.Benefits
