Customer Success Representative (French And Dutch)

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French-speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives for their Barcelona office.

Position: Customer Service Sales Representative

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

Duties And Responsibilities Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reachedRespond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate mannerPlace outbound calls when requiredQuote creation and follow-upUse upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximize revenueStay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximize their successEnsure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintainedTrack stock availabilityCross-language backup if neededAnswer and deal with customer post-sales requestsSolve status queries.Requirements Native/fluent in French & Dutch, both oral and written.
