We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French-speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives for their Barcelona office.Position: Customer Service Sales RepresentativeLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.Duties and Responsibilities:Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reachedRespond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate mannerPlace outbound calls when requiredQuote creation and follow upUse upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximize revenueStay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximize their successEnsure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintainedTrack stock availabilityCross language backup if neededAnswer and deal with customer post-sales requestsSolve status queries.Requirements:Native/fluent in French & Dutch, both oral and written.
