We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French-speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives for their Barcelona office.
Position: Customer Service Sales Representative Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
Duties and Responsibilities: Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email) Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached Respond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate manner Place outbound calls when required Quote creation and follow up Use upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximize their success Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained Track stock availability Cross language backup if needed Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests Solve status queries.
Requirements: Native/fluent in French & Dutch, both oral and written.
Fluent in English Minimum of 1-year relevant experience Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email) Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications Outstanding communication with the ability to emphasize, negotiate, and persuade Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations Exceptional customer-facing and customer care skills Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
