.As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our team. As Customer Success Payment Specialist , you will be joining our Global CS Team. Will you join us to create a healthier and happier world? This is a remote position in Spain, where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. You will be hired remotely through the Spanish entity of our global employment partner. What this role looks like As the Customer Success Payment Specialist , you'll take charge of the day-to-day customer operations and act as the commercial project manager for VG Pay, our latest payment solution. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams: working with the VG Pay Product and Development teams to suggest improvements, partnering with Customer Success to provide second-line support, and equipping Sales with the tools to close VG Pay deals. Externally, you'll support customers during onboarding and serve as a key contact for our payment providers. On a daily basis you'll work closely with our payment provider methods partners like Adyen and Mollie, constantly focusing on making our teams more comfortable and self-sufficient in answering VG Pay related questions. You'll do this by supporting them during questions, hosting training sessions for individuals and teams, and updating our existing documentation. Some of your key tasks as a Customer Success Payment Specialist: Act as the Point Of Contact for all VG Pay related requests to get customer KYC's approved and make them successful processing their payments. Stay in close contact with our Management and Product & Development teams to provide them with your expertise on how to improve our products and services. Take ownership in the tool management of our Payment Solutions / Payment Methods (Adyen, Mollie). Act as project manager for new product and market rollouts. Train our teams (CS and Sales) and create self-service resources for our customers. Work closely together with our Finance and Data team to track the generated revenue. Stay up to date with new developments in the markets we serve and the FinTech industry. What you will bring to the team: You have strong Communication Skills , to comfortably work across teams and with external partners, able to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical audiences (English must have and other languages are a plus). You have experience with Project Management , being able to smoothly coordinate all projects from concept to completion, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned. You have a Commercial and Customer-Centric Mindset to deliver results and high-quality service, e.G., during the customer onboarding process. You are a real Problem Solver and able to handle a wide range of challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment, where you can quickly adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in FinTech or SaaS environments & Payment providers are a plus
