Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Temporary Contract (Maternity Leave Subst.)
The Customer Success Manager is the customer advocate within Amadeus and serves as the key contact for an assigned portfolio of small and medium-sized customers within the Hospitality unit. The objective of the role is to enhance proactive communications, collaborate with clients, ensure customer growth and retention, identify opportunities to enhance customer value through additional services, and work with sales directors and other departments for seamless renewals.
Your main responsibilities:
Achieve assigned retention goals by building relationships with stakeholders across an assigned account.
Serve as the key contact for optimization and usage of tools, and proactively address customer satisfaction with products to solve problems early.
Gather customer usage data relevant for product development and share effective business processes and industry standards.
Participate in customer projects to manage Amadeus Hospitality activities and identify opportunities to improve current usage and adoption of Amadeus Hospitality products and services.
Oversee the Customer Success function, addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables, and coordinating with other teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other internal departments to ensure renewals and potential new revenue opportunities are actioned.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in a related business field or equivalent experience required.
Experience in Revenue Management or Digital Agency is beneficial, as well as experience in a sales or revenue management capacity within the Hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure, with strong project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, motivated and goal-oriented, able to work within a team as well as individually.
Problem-solving mindset, able to draw conclusions from data analysis, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in German being advantageous.
