Zinio is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Partnerships in their Barcelona office. Day-to-day management of Zinio's strategic partnerships - across both commercial and technical elementsBe the voice for partners inside Zinio - update and advise on prioritiesOwn relationship building process between partner and ZinioEnsure contractual agreements are adhered to and amended as necessaryCollaborate with product and technology teams, ensuring that any issues are resolved and that commitments to partners are delivered on timeAnalyze performance of accounts and report results to the business; ownership of partner P&LsIdentify new opportunities for the growth of existing partnershipsInform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality in support of partner needs and desires, monitor associated ROIAs a small, fast-paced company, we look for self-starters who thrive in a truly dynamic environment.
