Your mission: Your mission as a Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our customers have an optimal experience at any point within their journey. You will have an in-depth knowledge of our customers' needs and will be able to work with other teams within the organisation to help fulfil these needs. You will be building strong, loyal relationships between us and our customers by bridging the gap between sales and support.
What you'll do:
Build an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customersGuide our customers through the onboarding processEducate our customers on how to get the best out of our productNurture the relationships between us and our customers to enhance loyaltyEnsure our customers are satisfied with our product and serviceWork to fix issues, before they become issuesWhere there is dissatisfaction, work to change this into satisfactionGather data, analyse and share it with other teams to get the best for our customersWhat you bring:
At least 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar rolePassion for customer experienceFluent in EnglishEmpathyExcellent communicator - both written and verbalGreat relationship builderProblem-solver & analytical mindAbility to grasp technical concepts and translate these into simple languageSuper organised; able to prioritise your workloadReliable, trustworthyWhat we offer:
