Customer Success Manager (Mid -M arket) As our Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio of mid - market customers (1000 - 10 000 employee companies) and have a key role as their trusted advisor . You'll take ownership of your own customers from day one, care for them and develop relationships that result in long lasting partnerships. You have an important role in scaling your customer portfolio, with key success metrics around customer adoption, upselling , and retention , ensuring our customers get the most value ou t of our services . You'll work independently, but you'll have the full support of other Customer Success Managers and the entire Hoxhunt team. The base salary for this role is 4 000 - 5 0 00€ . What We're Looking For Experience in project management, customer success management or account management in a fast - growing SaaS company ( 3 years ). Upselling and cross - selling experience and proven track record of successful results. Strong prioritisation and project management skills, with a customer - first mindset, staying true to deadlines while exceeding project goals. Previous experience from customer relationship development (for example partnership or supplier relationships ) . Interest in technology and confidence in using different technologies in your work . D ata - driven approach in decision - making and in d efining necessary actions or improvements. Passion for learning and a solution - oriented mindset . Courage to improve and develop processes when needed . We value previous experience in training or from on - boarding customers. We also value previous experience from SaaS startups or experience from the cyber security industry. Homework related to the role (max 90 min preparation expected). Task presentation and meeting future colleagues in Customer Success (60min remote or on - site).
